Mainland Capital
South Wing

Kirkcaldie has taken a fresh look at the workspace with this project, reimagining the office interior as not simply functional but uplifting and elegant, with a touch of luxury.
To deliver on Mainland Capital’s vision, Kirkcaldie Interiors developed a concept evocative of an exclusive boutique hotel or private club: subtle, classic, oozing quality, yet deliberately understated.
Materials and furnishings were chosen with an eye for superior quality and timeless design, combining the classic elements of wood, brass, and leather, the old with the new, modern with rustic.
The design successfully combines Mainland’s desire for sophistication with superb functionality, meeting the brief for a busy working office – then raising the bar. Achieving an eclectic aesthetic through the use of colour and materials, plus unexpected additions like the mid-century sideboard and rustic Pakistani floor coverings, this design is both subtly elegant and delightfully surprising.
